Mt Baker, WA

This time in Mt. Baker, Washington. Two hours drive (with a fine) from Seattle, one of the best places ever!

I went close to the Canadian border, but couldn’t get into: I had no visa. So that I didn’t try.
No problem, I was close to this amazing snow mountain called Mt. Baker.

Snowboarding in Brazil

Yes, it’s true.

I had cool (not amazing) snowboard in Brazil. More, in plain summer (or it’s spring yet?).

The slope is located in Sao Roque, SP, about an hour and half from the Capital Sao Paulo. It’s really fun, but I could only find one summit for begginners. The hardest one was closed, unfortunately.

Try to check out this place if you, like me, don’t have snowboarding as a country’s core.

Snowboarding for me

Take a deep breath. There’s only you and an endless mountain below you. Your heart starts to beat faster. You just want to descend downhill. Sometimes you can easily reach 60km/h. You wish that moment could never end, but when it’s over, you just wanna get lifted and start it over.

And then a nice euphoria begins to run through every single vein in your body. It seems there’s no best moment compared to this feeling. Along with it, there’s a cold wind whispering in your neck. That’s just when you think how gratefully pleased you are. Thanks God!
