Trying to quit smoking

It’s been a while since I’m trying to quit smoking. Actually I never tried that hard, but I’m always diminishing the amount of daily nicotine smoked.

There was a period when I smoked about one packet of Marlboro or Camel a day. Now I don’t even buy them (as well as I am not sure if I’m gonna buy them within upcoming months), but I’m used to smoking with friends, while having a nice whisky-vodka-beer tasting session on weekends.

However, the thing now is in advance for my body and lungs. Although I’m craving to light it up, I’m only smoking self-rolled cigarettes, and my favourite is Captain Black, hugely exported to Brazil. Since when I decided to smoke only one rolled cigarette, I feel things are doing much better, more intensively.

My trick? Well, I’m buying lots of Fruitella candies. Whenever the crave comes, it’s time to chew it up (sigh).
